Calhoun ISD is one of 57 Intermediate School Districts in Michigan that have been constitutionally authorized to support the education and mission of our constituent school district.  The CISD provides a variety of direct and in-direct services to our local districts such as: professional development, School Improvement consulting, educational programs for students with disabilities and career center students, compliance/ monitoring as well as many areas of technical assistance.  We work to support the teaching and learning in the area school districts and our mission is to help every school and student succeed.  We know that students cannot be successful in their adult lives unless they have as a minimum credential a High School Diploma – this is our reason for strong support of the Michigan Dropout Prevention Leadership Summit.  http://www.calhounisd.org/
